Debbie Hanks is the President, CEO, and owner of Noron Precision Machining, Inc. - a woman-owned precision machining company she has led with passion and commitment to excellence. Under her leadership, Noron has grown from its 1977 roots into a full-service CNC machining operation serving aerospace, medical, defense, biotech, and industrial customers across the United States and beyond.
Debbie's approach to business is deeply personal. She believes in building long-term relationships - not just transactions. Many of Noron's customer relationships span 30 years or more, a direct reflection of her commitment to service, quality, and genuine care for the people and companies Noron works with.
Philosophy & Leadership
Debbie sets the tone for Noron's culture of warmth, professionalism, and relentless quality. Her vision for the company is clear: "Noron Precision Machining is dedicated to absolute best customer service, providing quality on time parts with a sense of warmth, friendliness, individual pride and company spirit."
She has driven major strategic investments that keep Noron at the forefront of precision manufacturing - expanding into 5-axis CNC machining as customer designs grew more complex, and most recently integrating Trinity robotic automation cells to increase throughput and maintain the consistent quality that customers rely on.
ISO 9001:2015 & Continuous Improvement
In 2020–2021, Debbie led Noron through the process of achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification - completed in just six months. While formal certification had long been on her radar, she was determined to do it right. "We have long standing, 30-plus year relationships with several of our customers," she has said. "We knew ISO certification would help our business internally and enable us to secure new customers."
The certification, achieved May 9, 2021, reflects Debbie's ongoing commitment: "Continuing my personal commitment along with our Noron Team, to provide you with excellent service and the superior quality your company deserves."
